ICAM for Public Awareness may be configured to manage the processes and workflow associated with 1) the creation, review and updates of plans, policy and procedures, 2) the implementation of these plans, policies and procedures, 3) the monitoring and/or performance measurement of whether the objectives have been met and 4) any improvements deemed necessary to the documentation or implementation to better meet the company objectives.
